Race Day Notes

• Staffing: Many US Road Running events have one or two staff members at each race.
• EMS Access: EMS is not stationed on site, so please plan accordingly.
• Water Stations: Limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
• Preparation: Plan for the weather and bring anything you may want between laps.
