Race Day Information

• Staffing: Please note that many US Road Running events are small local races, typically staffed by only one or two personnel.
• Emergency Services: EMS will not be stationed on site, so it’s important to plan accordingly.
• Water Stations: Water stations are limited to the finish area at the end of each lap and at the race finish.
• Preparation: Plan for the weather and bring any items you may need between laps: don’t hesitate to check in with race staff if you need assistance.
