STRIDES TOWARD WELLNESS 10K, 5K & 3K “Turtles & Hares” 2026

Event Overview

The BWell Saginaw Partner Coalition along with Dig Deep Race Events invite you to the third annual Race to BWell (10K Run, 5K Run/Walk & 3K “Turtles & Hares” Untimed Run/Walk)!

Race Details

• Events Offered: 10K Run, 5K Run/Walk, 3K “Turtles & Hares” Untimed Run/Walk
• Timing: All registered 10K and 5K Race/Walk participants will receive a professionally timed, USATF-sanctioned event.
• Finisher Medals: BWell finisher medal and race shirt (if selected) are included for 10K and 5K participants.
• Photography: Runners will be photographed passing through the finish arch, with free online photos available for download or sharing.

3K “Turtles & Hares” Event

This event is untimed and ineligible for awards or shirts but participants WILL receive:

• Race Bib: Every participant will receive a race bib.
• Course Description: A family-friendly course, a portion of which passes through the Saginaw Children’s Zoo.
• Cost: The 3K “Turtles & Hares” event is free but registration is required prior to the event.
• Accessibility: Strollers/wheelchairs and other accommodations are welcome to participate in this 3K run or walk.

Additional Information

This is a USA Track & Field Sanctioned event. A portion of proceeds will benefit ongoing BWell Saginaw activities.
