The 1/2 mile student run will begin at 9 a.m., followed by the 1-mile student run and then the 5k run will be the last run.
Yum! On event day, Kona Ice, Travelin' Toms Coffee, and Chilly Willy's Ice Cream trucks will be available for purchase. And be sure to stop by MOD Pizza anytime on run day and mention Oak Harbor Educational Foundation or order online with the code MODGIVES20.

Important Notes:
- T-shirts are not supplied for registrations after 5/15.
- Bibs, t-shirts (if purchased by 5/15), and participant packets will be available at the OHPS district office 350 S Oak Harbor Street on Friday, May 29, from 12-3. If you are unable to collect your participation packet at that time, they will be available during registration at 8:30 a.m. on May 30.
- This is a non-competitive event and not a chipped timed event. There will be a race clock keeping time for each run event that can be viewed by participants who wish to track their time.
- All children should be accompanied by an adult. There will be volunteers to help monitor the 1/2 mile and 1 mile routes but at least one adult should be present at the start and finish line.
- The first run is the student 1/2 mile run, followed by the student 1 mile run. The 5K distance will be the last group to begin. At this time we cannot guarantee the exact start time of the 5K, but we encourage families and our community to bring a sign and line the route to encourage other runners.
- Student races for the 1/2 mile and 1-mile race show recommendations for age. This is only a recommendation. Please register for the distance that is best for your child's ability.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles from home to reduce waste
- Oak Harbor Fire Department will be available to provide medical assistance as needed.
- Free parking is available at Windjammer Park and at the end of SE City Beach St. Carpooling is encouraged.
- 1980s style is encouraged, but optional. No inflatable costumes or trip-hazard costumes will be allowed.
- Please leave pets at home.
