The Pride 5k, formerly known as the CNY Gay 5K, will be held on June 6, 2026. The new name is inclusive of everyone in Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer communities, and our Allies. 100% of the proceeds from the Pride 5k stay in our local community. Funds raised go to SAGE Upstate programs which reduce isolation and improve health for older LGBTQ people.
Online Registration
March 1 - March 15: Early Bird Discount, $30
March 16 - June 5: $35
Kids 12 and under: $15
Must be registered by May 18 to guarantee a t-shirt
Virtual Registration: $45 includes postage for mailing t-shirts.

Registration will be available on race day between 7:30 and 8:30am, $40
