The Little City is hosting its 45th Annual
Vergennes Day Race
Saturday, August 22, 2026
Join us for:
- Kids 1K Fun Run: Experience a fun-filled run for kids of all ages.
- 5K Walk: Enjoy a leisurely walk through Vergennes.
- 5K, 10K or 15K Run: Choose your distance and challenge yourself!
Medals
- Finisher Medals: Each finisher will receive a medal.
- Age Group Medals: 1st-3rd place in each age group for the 5K/10K/15K will also receive a medal.
- Age Groups: The divisions include <14, 15-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 +.
Registration
- Online Registration: Sign up online by Thursday, August 21st by 11:59 pm.
- In-person Registration: Registration on race day will incur a $5 fee increase.
- Student Discount: Students age 5-17 racing in the 5K register for $20 instead of $35.
Race Start Times
- Kids Fun Run: Begins at 8:15 am.
- 15K: Begins at 8:30 am.
- 5K Walk, 5K Run, and 10K: All start at 9:00 am.
