Join us for a scenic 5k run or walk at the beautiful Detroit Riverwalk! Our 5th annual Set the PACE 5K supports PACE Southeast Michigan's mission to help older adults live safely and independently in their homes and communities. What does my 5K packet include?

• Registration Deadline: All participants who registered by Friday, Oct 9, 2026, will receive a t-shirt and a race bib.
• Finish Line Medal: Participants will also receive a medal at the finish line.
• Virtual Participants: Virtual participants will receive a medal in their race packet.
• T-shirt Availability: T-shirts cannot be guaranteed if registered after Oct 9, 2026.

Race Details

• Course Type: This is a timed, out-and-back 5K course on the riverwalk that runs through Milliken State Park.
• Water Station: One water station will be provided on the course at the turnaround at approximately the 1-mile mark.
• Pets Policy: Although we love our furry friends at PACE Southeast Michigan, we ask that you please leave your personal pets/dogs at home for the safety and comfort of our runners and volunteers.
• Weather Policy: This event is non-refundable and will occur rain or shine.

Awards

Awards will be provided to the first-place male and female finishers.
