What "Wheels" are acceptable for the race?

While we love cyclists, at THIS event, *"WHEEL" refers to mobility aids like wheelchairs (racing styles, leisure styles, we love them all), scooters used for mobility assistance, walkers etc.* This event has been designed to be accessible for people of all ages who get around in a variety of ways. “WHEEL” DOES NOT include bikes or rollerblades. Support persons, if needed, receive complimentary entry. Please contact us for more information.

Littles in Stollers: there is no charge for littles in strollers, as they will not be chip timed. Please feel free to dress them up in their festive holiday wear! Some parents event decorate the strollers for all the merry good fun!

PET POLICY - Pets are welcome – they must be on a short leash and well controlled. Mobility devices are the only ‘wheels’. Kids in strollers do NOT need to be registered as they are NOT chip timed. (despite this being highlighted many times over, people still register their kids in strollers and we need to refund them.

Refund policy: Please note that our event offers no refunds or deferrals. Transfers would be the responsibility of the transfer fee. No exceptions.
