Friday Night Lights 5k

Race Overview

• Event: Celebrate the kick off of high school football Friday night lights with the Devil Dogs (we have a bye week)! Run or walk with us to raise money for the Travelers Rest High School Football team.
• Purpose: This fundraiser supports more than just football—it helps build a gold standard program in Travelers Rest that unites all ages, strengthens community pride, and provides the necessary resources needed to develop a superior student athlete experience.
• Safety: Safety and fun are both covered, with a City of Travelers Rest Police escort keeping your sprint smooth from start to finish.
• Post-Race: Stick around for a post-race hangout with music and fun for the whole family.

Awards & Timing

• Awards: If you're racing for bling, we’ve got top 3 age group awards.
• Chip Timing: Chip timing plus live results ensure your finish time hits the board instantly.
• PR: PR and then party!
• Fun Run: Bonus 200-Meter Fun Run for kids 12 & under right after the 5K start!
