DESCRIPTION

Join the Seashore Striders in Rehoboth Beach for the 36th annual Last Blast Prediction 5k Run/Walk. The race will start at the Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach at 7:30 am. The event will also present the Seashore Strider Summer Race Series awards.

RACE REGISTRATION

• Early Bird Registration: $30.00 through Sunday, August 23rd at midnight
• Pre-Race Registration: $35.00 from August 14th-September 4th at midnight
• Race Day Registration: $40.00 from 6:30 am-7:20 am at the Grove Park

Registrations Processed by Monday, August 31st are guaranteed a t-shirt, however after the 31st it is "first come".

RACE COURSE

The course will begin at 7:30 am at the Grove Park and will follow an out & back course toward North Shores & back. Please remain on the far right side of the road heading to North Shores.

SCORING

• Prediction Method: Predict your time during online registration and the top 20 closest to your predicted time win awards. For example...if you predict 22:40 and you run 22:30.5 then your difference is 09.5 seconds.
• Device Policy: Remember you are racing with no devices...iphones, watches, headphones etc...and NO LUCK!

RACE AMENITIES

SWAG will be several items that we make available at all the Last Blast 5k such as series t's from the summer, long & short sleeve as well as SS swag. I will have several available and runners will have their choice of several items and everyone who Pre-Registers should receive some type of swag.

Live Post-Race awards ceremony at the Grove Park as well as the Championship Series Award Presentation & A RUNNING GOOD TIME.

AWARDS

Awards will be presented to the Overall Male & Female Champions, TOP 20 closest to your predicted time. NO WATCHES, iPHONES, TRACKING DEVICES, HEADPHONES, and LUCK ALLOWED IN THE LAST BLAST 5K.

REFUNDS/DEFERRAL

The Seashore Striders have a "No Refund" policy, however, we make every possible attempt to please our client with the following options:

• Transfer: To a future Seashore Strider owned event of equal value before the end of the current year.
• Donation: Donate your entry fee to the charity associated with the event or to the Seashore Strider Youth Running program.
• Deferral: Transfer/Defer to the following year at the same event.
