Event Details and Schedule
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at 7:30 AM for packet pick up. Race starts promptly at 8:30 AM.
- Refreshments: Snacks and beverages will be provided.
- Bag Policy: Only clear bags are allowed.
- Weapons Policy: NO concealed weapons of any kind.
- Parking: Parking is available at Crowfield Baptist Church at 100 Hunters Lane.
- Identification: Please bring identification to match your registration details.
- Attire: Please wear running shoes and appropriate sports attire.
- Item Responsibility: You are responsible for your own items: anything you do not want to carry on your person can be left in the car as we do not have lockers.
- Stroller and Pet Policy: Due to the design of the course, strollers and leashed dogs will only be permitted with walkers.
- T-shirt Policy: Registrations received after August 9, 2026 will not receive a t-shirt.
- Registration Deadline: Registration ends August 25, 2026 at midnight.
- Race Day Registration: You will not be able to register the day of the race.
