Event Overview
From the Sanskrit word ‘Seva’ meaning service, Sevathon was born as an India Community Center initiative. It is a platform designed to bring Non Profit Organizations and participants together. When participants register for an activity at Sevathon and select the NPO they want to support during their registration process, they help the NPO fundraise for their cause.
Community Gathering
Walkers, runners, yoga, and dance enthusiasts come together each summer to strengthen the Non Profit Organizations' causes and communities.

Timeline
- 7:30 AM: Warm Up for 10K
- 8:00 AM: 10K Walk/Run Begins in waves
- 8:10 AM: 5K Walk/Run Begins - in waves
- 9:00 AM: Tiny Trots start
Pre-Event and Event Day Pick Ups
Pre Event Pick Ups: T-shirt and bib pick up will be available on Friday, September 18th and Saturday, September 19th.
Event Day Pick Ups: T-shirt and bib pick up is available on the race day. Please arrive early and head to the Registration Booth. Keep the QR code received in your confirmation email handy. To avoid delays in participating in your event, please plan for parking, check-in, t-shirt, and bib pick up accordingly.

Virtual Runs
- Participation: If you are unable to join us at ICC Sevathon 2026 on the race day but want to support a Non Profit Organization and its cause, you can sign up for the 10K, or 5K Virtual Run.
- Timing: Runners will have five (5) days to complete the Virtual Run. Pick a day between September 16th, 2026 - September 20th, 2026 to run anytime, anywhere.
- Submission: Participants will track their distance and time via a run-tracking app of their choice, and submit proof of their run time and distance via screenshot to receive the t-shirt.
- Pickup: T-shirt can be picked up at ICC, 525 Los Coches St, Milpitas, CA 95035 by October 20th, 2026. Please note t-shirts will not be shipped.
