• Tentative Heats: 6 planned
• Heat 1: Sub 5:00
• Heat 2: 5:00 - 5:44.9
• Heat 3: 5:45 - 6:39.9

• Heat 4: 6:40 - 7:59.9
• Heat 5: 8:00 - 9:59.9
• Heat 6: 10:00+

Heats will be added or deleted depending upon the number of runners present. Come ready to Run.

Bonus/Incentive Money Rules

• Prize Money: Overall M/F: 1st $40, 2nd $30, 3rd $20
• Master's 40+: $15 M/F
• Grand Master's 50+: $15 M/F

1. Runner breaking record must win overall/age to be awarded record money.
2. $10 performance money for bettering last listed time in division even if other runners displace this runner.

Race Distance Information

Splits given at each 440 yards - four laps plus 9.344 meters.
