• Heats: Tentatively 6 heats planned.
• Heat 1: sub 5:00
• Heat 2: 5:00 - 5:44.9
• Heat 3: 5:45 - 6:39.9

Heats will be added or deleted depending upon the number of runners present. Come ready to run.

💰 Bonus/Incentive Money Rules

• Prize Money: Overall M/F: 1st $40, 2nd $30, 3rd $20. Master’s 40+ M/F: $15, Grand Master’s 50+ M/F: $15
• Record Money: Runner breaking record must win overall/age to be awarded record money.
• Performance Money: $10 for bettering last listed time in division even if other runners displace this runner.
