Race Distances

• Kids Dash: 50-meter un-timed dash for kids 10 and under.
• 1 Mile: Not chip-timed, includes a tee shirt and race medal.
• 5K: Chip-timed race featuring overall trophies and age group awards.
• 10K: Chip-timed race with overall trophies and age group awards.

Volunteer Information

• Volunteer Opportunities: Help with packet pickup, water stations, course monitoring, etc.

• Arrival Time: Volunteers should arrive 1.5 hours before start time.

Event Schedule

• 7:30-8:40am: Packet Pickup ends 20 minutes before the race.
• 8:55am: Kids Dash begins.
• 9:00am: National Anthem followed by Race Start!
• Awards: Live results and awards announced immediately following the race.

Policy Notice

• No-Refund Policy: No refunds will be given: races proceed rain or shine.
• Packet Pickup: Always available for 1.5 hours before the event start time.
• Course Surface: Expect paved trails as well as mixed course surfaces.
• Registration Transfers: Contact organizers for assistance with transferring registration.
