🏁 Start Time

• Registration/Packet Pickup: 7:30 a.m.
• 1 Mile: 8:30 a.m.
• 5K: 9:00 a.m. (Course will close at 10:00 a.m.)

📝 Registration

• Pre-Registration: (In-person or virtual)
• Adult: $25.00
• Kids (13 and under): $15.00
• Families: Families of 4 or more receive a $10 discount. All runners registered by Friday, April 17, at 3pm are guaranteed their race T-shirt.

🏃‍♂️ Race Day

• Adult: $30.00
• Kids (13 and under): $20.00
• Mailed entries: Must be received by Wednesday, April 22, 2026 - one form per person, please.
• Make checks payable to: HERMES and mail entries to Hermes Sports & Events, 2425 West 11th St., Suite #2, Cleveland, OH 44113

📦 Packet Pickup

• Early Pickup: Friday, April 24, 3:15pm-6pm at Gilles-Sweet (Front entrance) 4320 W 220th, Fairview Park
• Race-day Pickup: Will take place inside the football stadium, by the main entrance.
• Alternate Location: If weather is inclimate, we will be in the Mayer Middle School gym (21200 Campus Dr.)

🥇 Awards

• 5K Awards: Will be given to the three overall male and female runners.
• Age Groups: Top three male and female runners in the following age groups: 10 & Under, 11-13, 14-16, 17-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over.

🎁 What You Get

• Derby Dash T-Shirt: shirt guaranteed if registered by Friday, April 17 at 3pm
• Awards: Eligible for overall and age group awards
• Post-Race: Food and beverage
