• Mailing Entry Forms: Please make checks payable to "Hermes Sports & Events" and write "Tom Madzy" in the memo. All mailed entry forms must be received by Wednesday, September 23.

• 5K: $25
• Race Day Registration: 1 Mile - $25

Early Packet Pickups

• Location: Dick's Sporting Goods (200 Great Northern Blvd., North Olmsted, OH 44070)
• Date: Friday, September 25
• Time: 4-6pm

5K Awards

• Top overall: Male and female finisher
• Top 3: In the following age groups: 19 & Under
• 20-29, 30-39: Age groups
• 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over: Age groups

Race Details

• Location: Race starts and ends at Lou Groza Field at the Roehm Athletic Complex.
• Finish Line: Score a touchdown as the 5K finishes on the football field.
• Shirts: Everyone who pre-registers will receive a top quality short sleeve race shirt (guaranteed through Tuesday, September 22 at 9am). Sizes are subject to availability after.
• Refreshments: Post race refreshments will be provided to all participants.

The Cause

• All proceeds: Go to the Madzy Fund.
• Assistance: Helps to pay the "participation fee" for student athletes.
• Supported institutions: Berea-Midpark High School, Intermediate and Junior High Schools.
• Baseball and Football: Support for the Berea Baseball Association and Lou Groza Football.
