📝 Registration

• Mail-in Form: Make checks payable to "Hermes Sports & Events" and write "Tom Madzy" in the memo. All mailed entry forms must be received by Wednesday, September 23.

💰 Fees

• Pre-Registration: 1 Mile - $20, 5K - $25
• Race Day Registration: 1 Mile - $25, 5K - $30
• Race Shirts: Guaranteed through Tuesday, September 22 at 9am. Sizes are subject to availability after.

• Dick's Sporting Goods: 200 Great Northern Blvd., North Olmsted, OH 44070, Friday, September 25, 4-6pm
• BCSD WELLfest: Berea-Midpark High School, 165 East Bagley Rd, Berea, OH 44017, Saturday, September 26, 10am-12pm

🏆 5K Awards

• Top overall male and female finisher
• Top 3 in the following age groups: 19 & Under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & Over

📅 Race Details

• Start and Finish Location: Lou Groza Field at the Roehm Athletic Complex. Score a touchdown as the 5K finishes on the football field.
• Pre-Registration: Participants will receive a top quality short sleeve race shirt with registration guaranteed through Tuesday, September 22 at 9am.
• Post Race Refreshments: Provided to all participants.

❤️ The Cause

• All Proceeds: Go to the Madzy Fund, helping to pay the "participation fee" for student athletes at Berea-Midpark High School, Intermediate and Junior High Schools, the Berea Baseball Association, and Lou Groza Football.
