Event Overview

Come and join us for the It’s Okay if you’re NOT Okay 5K run/walk benefiting Tucker’s Treehouse presented by TTMA. This chip timed event has a fast and flat course that will start and finish at Tucker’s Treehouse.

Race Details

• Packet Pick Up: Available at Tucker's Treehouse Friday, September 18th from 10am-6pm and on race day September 19th from 7am-8am.
• Registration: Individuals who sign up by 8/15/26 will be guaranteed a Swag Bag and T-Shirt.
• Swag Availability: If not registered by 8/15/26, t-shirts and swag bags will be first come, first served.

Awards

• Top Finishers: Awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers in the following age groups.
• Overall Winners: Overall male and female (Overall winners will be excluded from age group awards).
• Age Groups: 9 years old and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over.

Beneficiary Information

Proceeds will benefit Tucker’s Treehouse. Our program is a free service to the community designed to meet the grieving needs of all children and teens within the tri-state. Our goal is to not only serve those suffering with grief from the death of a loved one, but also those wrestling with what we call a "living loss," which would include children whose parent(s) are incarcerated or in an active addiction and not present in their life.

At Tucker's Treehouse, our focus is on catering to children and youth between the ages of 6 and 18. Additionally, we aim to offer resources and educational support to parents and caregivers involved in nurturing the children who participate in Tucker's Treehouse.
