NEW ORLEANS: Starting Line is on the beautiful Bayou St. John (Wisner near PanAm Stadium)

Heart N Hands wants you to get active and increase movement by loving your HEART. What have you done for your heart lately? This is a great time for you to get out, enjoy the beautiful weather and show your HEART some love. "Running for the HEART 5K|10K" is all about loving your heart & staying fit during this time to create great heart-healthy habits for life. Running, Walking, Biking, we can come together as a community to get our hearts pumping, give back to a worthy charity, share with our communities and HAVE FUN!!!!

Race Day Schedule of Events:

• 7:00 am: Sign-In & On-site Registration
• 7:45 am: Welcome & Morning Stretch
• 8:00 am: 5K|10K Runners Start
• 8:15 am: 5K|10K Walkers and Bikers Start
• 10:00 am: Cool Down & Celebration!!!

Registration Includes:

• Heart N Hands Signature T-Shirt: & Swag
• Official Run/Walk/Bike Race Bib:

TO JOIN:

KIDS FUN RUN | FREE FOR KIDS AGED 10-18
