• Excitement: We are excited to announce the 6th Annual Beau Chêne Country Club Turkey Trot Classic 5K Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk!
• Post-Race Party: Registration fees include a post-race party with food, drinks, music, and entertainment.
• Food Options: Enjoy an assortment of fresh fruits and Jambalaya.
• Drink Sponsors: Drinks provided by Beau Chene Country Club, Republic National Distributing Company, Nola Brewery, and Abita Roasting.

🎉 Activities

• Kids Activities: Fun activities will be available for children.
• Food Drive: Partnered with Northshore Food Bank: bring 5 cans of food for a raffle entry.
• Race Course: Scenic 5K course through the Beau Chêne subdivision, 1 mile course includes street running and cross country running.

⚠️ Refund Policy

• Weather Policy: If weather prevents on-site hosting, the race converts to a virtual event.
• No Refunds: No refunds for weather cancellations: fees will be considered donations.
• Terms Agreement: By registering, participants agree to these terms.
• Support: We appreciate your support!

💰 Registration Fees

• 1 Mile Fun Run: $20 through November 10th, $25 through November 26th, $35 on Race Day.
• 5K Run: $30 through November 10th, $35 through November 26th, $45 on Race Day.
• T-shirts: Guaranteed if registration completed by November 1st.
• Packet Pickup: Early Pickup on November 26th between 3:00 and 5:00 PM at the clubhouse.

🏅 Awards

• 1 Mile Run: Awards for Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for male and female (13 and under).
• Age Categories: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female for age groups 6 and under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13.
• 5K Awards: Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female: age group winners (7 and under, 8-13, 14-19, 20-29, etc.).
• Race Benefits: Supports the Northshore Food Bank of Covington.
