CHILL Plunge Back to School 5K & 1 Mile Fun Run

Get ready to cool off and kick off the school season with one of Cape Coral’s most unique fitness events! The CHILL Plunge Back to School 5K & 1-Mile Fun Run brings together fitness, recovery, community, and fun for an unforgettable morning at Rotary Park.

Hosted in collaboration with CHILL, Cape Coral’s only Cold Plunge Studio, and the Cape Coral Police Athletic League, this event is designed for serious runners, casual walkers, families, and anyone looking to have a great time while supporting a great cause.

Participants will enjoy an exciting race atmosphere followed by FREE cold plunges after the event provided by CHILL. Whether you’re chasing a personal record or simply enjoying the experience with friends and family, this event is all about healthy lifestyles, positive energy, and community connection.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Cape Coral Police Athletic League youth programs, helping build positive relationships between law enforcement and the youth of Cape Coral.
