Lace up your sneakers and bring the energy — it’s time to run, cheer, and support the Panther Pride! The Paws & Pom‑Poms Run is a fun‑filled community race benefiting the TK Stone Middle School cheer team. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just here for the high‑fives and pom‑poms, this event is all about spirit, smiles, and school pride. The Race will take place at Freeman Lake Park on August 22nd, 2026 at 8am.

Join us for a scenic 5K/10K/25K course that welcomes runners, walkers, families, and fans of all ages. Expect cheer stations, Panther‑themed fun, and plenty of navy, gold, and white as we rally together to support our squad.

Event Highlights:

• Inclusive Event: 5K/10K/25K run/walk for all ages and abilities
• Challenge: We are also doing the double down challenge run both the 5k and 10k courses.
• Cheer Support: Cheerleaders lining the course with pom‑poms and Panther pride
• Custom Merchandise: Custom race shirts and finisher medals
• Awards: Awards for top finishers and most spirited outfits
• Charity Focus: All proceeds go directly to the TK Stone Middle School cheer team

Celebrate your Panther Pride! Awards will be presented immediately following the race near the finish line.

• Age Group Awards: 1st place in each age group: 10 & under, 11–14, 15–19, 20–29, 30–39, 40–49, 50–59, 60+
• Special Spirit Awards: Best Cheer Spirit Outfit — show your pom‑pom pride!
• Group Awards: Best Panther Pride Team — for groups running in coordinated gear
• Fundraising: Top Fundraising Team — supporting the TK Stone Cheer Team
