Weather & Cancellation Policy

Races are held rain or shine. However, if delays or cancellations are necessary, we will post updates by 4:00pm on our Facebook page.

If a race is canceled due to inclement weather, you may transfer your single night entry to another week by emailing: programs@catamountoutdoor.org

Thunder Policy

• Thunder between 5:30–5:45pm: 30-minute delay
• Thunder after 5:45pm or during the race: race canceled

Bib Reminder

Please do not reuse single night entry bibs. These are assigned weekly and reusing them can cause duplicate results. New bib numbers are distributed each week at check-in.

Race Night Reminders

• Bib Pickup: 3:00–5:45pm
• Bibs are required and must be visible
• If you start the race but don’t finish, check in at the tent so we can confirm your safety
• Bring plenty of water – refill station available near the bike wash

Start Times

• 6:00pm – Half Lap
• 6:05pm – Cubbies (ages 5 & under)
• 6:15pm – 5K & 10K
