- 8:15 AM: Half marathon starts
- 9:00 AM: 10K starts
- 9:30 AM: 5K starts
- 9:35 AM: Hike Challenge starts
- 10:45 AM: Award ceremony for 5K/Dog Jog/10K
- 11:15 AM: Award ceremony for Half Marathon
- 12:15 PM: Cut off time for Half Marathon
- 1:00 PM: Event finishes

- Top 3 Overall: Male and Female (5K, 10K, Half Marathon, runners and dogs)
- Age Group Awards: Male and Female (5K, 10K, Half Marathon)

Refunds & Weather Policy
- Non-Refundable: Race registration is non-refundable.
- Transfers: More than two weeks out, registration may be transferred at the discretion of the Race Director.
- Event Continuation: Events run rain or shine unless severe weather occurs.
- Cancellation Notifications: Participants will be notified via social media, website, and email in the event of cancellation.
