Event Details
Date: November 7, 2026
Location: Westminster Park, Rock Hill, SC
Race Purpose
This event is meant to bring awareness to the local foster and adoption crisis. While this race is a true 5k, it will also have some elements that offer an interactive insight into the life of a child traveling through the child welfare system.
- Experience: Join us as we experience the reality of foster care.
- Community: Come together as a community to bring about change!
Race Day Schedule
- Interactive Stations: Available from 8-9 am before the race.
- Water Stations: Two water stations will be provided during the race.
- Start Time: The 5k race for all ages begins at 9 am, timed by male and female divisions per age category.
Awards and Recognition
Following the race, there will be an awards ceremony at 10:15 am with prizes for the race winners in each age category. Each runner will receive their time via text from Queen City Timing.
