Event Overview

• History: Two weeks before Thanksgiving in 2011, we decided to give back to all participants who raced with us throughout the year.
• Free Entry: If you have completed any race from Dec. 1, 2025 - Nov. 13, 2026, you earn a free 5K spot in one of the live races.
• Participation Fee: If you haven’t raced this year, you can join for just $21, either in-person or virtually.
• Race Types: We offer 5K, 10K, 15K, or Half Marathon distances.

Virtual Options

• Cost: Virtual races available for only $21 ($25 on Race Day).
• Swag: Awesome shirts for $22, hoodies for $27, and finisher medals for $7.50.
• Medal Purchase: $10 for medals on Race Day: $5 for PVC finisher medals.
• Participation: Simply run your distance when and where you want, and submit your time by the end of Race Day.

Event Details and Schedule

Event Schedule

• November 16: Last day to order shirts.
• November 26:
  • 6:30 AM - Race Day Check In Opens at 3890 Johns Creek Pkwy, Suwanee, GA 30024 (No participant parking in this lot).
  • 8:00 AM - All Races Start.

Bib Mailing

• Mail Out: For $7.00 (Non-refundable), your bib can be mailed to your home.
• Timing: Mailings will occur the first two Mondays in November.
• Race Day Pickup: Opens at 6:30 AM: arrive early to avoid waiting.
• Swag Collection: Make sure to collect your swag before heading to the start corrals.

Course & Timing

• Route: A fairly flat 5K loop course, though North Georgia isn’t completely flat.
• Timing: The event will be electronically timed.
• Water Stations: Self-serve water stations about every 1.5 miles.
• Pacing: A minimum pace of 16 min/mile is required.

Awards & Goodies

• Finisher Medals: Available for $10 on Race Day.
• Awards Ceremony: Awards for Top 3 finishers M/F as well as masters and age group awards.
• Eligibility: Awards based on electronic time.
• Swag Info: Long sleeves for $22, hoodies for $27.

Groups & Teams

• Team Challenge: Gather friends, family, or club members for a fun group event.
• Dress Up: Have fun dressing up as you participate!
• Encouragement: Support one another as you race together.
• Group Goals: Compete as a team for added motivation.

Event Courtesy & Refund Policy

• Conduct: Unsportsmanlike conduct will result in removal from the event.
• No Refunds: All registrations are final with no refunds or transfers.
• Weather Policy: Events proceed rain or shine: extreme weather may lead to cancellation with no refunds.
• COVID-19 Refunds: If circumstances arise due to COVID-19, the event may go virtual with no refunds issued.

Packet Pickup

• Race Morning: Packet pickup will begin one hour before the race.
• Early Pickup: Early pickup details will be added as they become available.
