Come celebrate the Inaugural Run for Resilience Ostomy 5k in Columbia, SC - Join us on Saturday, October 10th in celebration Ostomy Awareness Day at the beautiful Sesquicentennial State Park!

Family Friendly Fun

• Activities: This family-friendly event will include lots of fun and laughter, local vendors, food, music and celebration so be sure to bring your entire family!
• Proceeds: All proceeds benefit the United Ostomy Associations of America, Inc (UOAA) charity, a 501(c)(3) organization.
• Tax Deductible: Donations are tax deductible.

Race Day Schedule

• 9:00-9:45 AM: Packet Pick-up and Same Day Registration
• 10:00 AM: 5k Start
• 12:00 Noon: Celebration and Awards end

Team Participation

Once you’ve registered you have the option to CREATE a new RACE GROUP/TEAM or to JOIN one that’s already been established. This is a great way to get others in your community to Register to Participate in the Run and compete against each other.

• Invite Friends: Invite family, friends, co-workers to Register, pick to be on your Race Group/Team (or start their own).
• Order Gear: Order their T-Shirt & Bib and celebrate the day with you!
• Team Fundraiser: Please note this is NOT a Team Fundraiser.
• Personal Fundraiser: To set up a Personal or Team Fundraiser, please go to the DONATE button.

Fundraising Details

FUNDRAISING: Raise $150 or more and your Registration Fee will be refunded! Fundraising is an important aspect of our Run for Resilience Ostomy 5K.

• Impact: Funds raised help UOAA continue to provide resources, educational materials, advocacy and support to the ostomy and continent diversion community.
• Personal Fundraiser: Set up your own Personal or Team Fundraiser when registering or through our DONATE button.
• Unique Fundraiser: Create a unique Fundraiser Name and URL address.
• Engagement: Direct your friends and family to your page to join your team or sponsor you.

Fundraising Incentives

Your commitment to fundraise and support the ostomy and continent diversion community is no small endeavor, and we appreciate your dedication and hard work.

• Empower Level: $250+ in fundraising individually or as a Team Captain.
• Fundraising Award: TBA
• Champion Level: $450+ in fundraising individually or as a Team Captain.
• Additional Award: Champion level fundraisers will also receive the Empower level fundraising award.
