About this race
Race Overview
Run across the Tennessee River on historic Wilson Dam and return on the Singing River Bridge.
Course
- Certification: USATF Certified 10K Course: AL16012JE
- Start Point: The 10K course begins at the Marriott Shoals Conference Center in Florence, AL.
- Route Highlights: Proceeds across Wilson Dam and onto a portion of the paved TVA nature trail.
- Return Path: Continues back across the Tennessee River via the pedestrian walkway on the Singing River Bridge.
There will be a 90-minute time limit to complete the course. Please do not enter if you cannot maintain at least a 14:30 pace per mile. Due to course constraints there will be no wheelchair division. Baby joggers, strollers, and animals will not be allowed on the course.

- Shirts: All runners registered before our T-shirt deadline on November 1st are guaranteed an awesome technical race shirt.
Medals and Prizes
- Awards: Awards for 10K Top 3 Overall Male/Female.
- Master Categories: Top Masters (40+) Male/Female.
- GrandMasters: Top GrandMasters Male/Female (60+).
- Age Groups: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Male/Female in age groups (14U, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+).
Aid Stations
- Locations: There will be two aid and recovery stations on the course near Mile 2 and Mile 4.5.
- Support: Mile markers will be clearly displayed and split times given at each mile.
- Facilities: Restroom facilities will be available at the 2nd aid station.
