About the Race

• Return of the Event: After having to cancel last year’s event, we are so excited to bring back one of our favorite fundraisers.
• Race Format: A short, silly, donut-fueled .5K with a serious purpose.
• Partnership: This year, we are excited to partner with MavFAM: Foster Alumni Community.
• Fundraising Purpose: A portion of the funds raised will support MavFAM and their efforts on campus.

Participation Details

• No Training Required: No running necessary: walk, stroll, roll, cheer, or laugh.
• Fundraising: Create a fundraiser to help us reach our goal.
• Impact: The race may be short, but the impact is big.
• Mission: Help raise funds and awareness for youth and adults impacted by foster care.

Event Schedule

• Check-in: Begins at 1:00 p.m. at the Western Colorado Botanical Gardens.
• Volunteers: Volunteers will be available to answer questions and assist with check-in.
• Start Time: The race starts promptly at 2:00 p.m.
• Fun Activities: Enjoy prize giveaways, best costume, biggest team, and photo opportunities.
