• Location: Mill Creek Park, Kansas City, MO
• Registration: The run will sell out quickly! Waves will close once filled.
• Participation: All paces and ages (under 18 with guardian) are welcome - Run or Walk!

Timing

• Optional Timing: You may track your time on an app (Strava, RunKeeper, etc.) and submit your times.
• No Timing Chips: This is a stress-free run aimed to support your goals.
• Support: Coordinators available to help keep track of your time if needed.

• Running T-Shirt: Shipped to the address you register with (US only).
• Finisher's Medal: Commemorate your achievement.
• Digital Training Pack: Tools and resources to support your run.

Packet Pickup

• No Packet Pickup: Swag shipped directly to your address.
• Race Bibs: Provided on race day.
• Address Verification: Ensure you provide your full, correct US mailing address.

Wave Times

• Wave A: 7:30AM
• Wave B: 8:00AM
• Wave C: 8:30AM
• Late Runners: Can run upon arrival: coordinators stay 3 hours after the first wave.

Virtual Run Option

• Flexible Timing: Complete the run any time and place of your choosing.
• Tracking: Use any tracking device to submit your results.
• Support: Training pack provided for virtual run participants.
