- Late entry fee: $30 (Race Day registration)
- Pre-registration closes: at midnight on July 8th.
- Late registration: begins at 7 am on Aug 1st.

Each participant that pre-registers by July 8th is guaranteed a tee shirt.

- 5K Run/Walk Age Groups: Male/Female
- Medal recipients: Top 3 finishers in age groups: 0-9 yrs, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
- Top 5 finishers: 10-12 yrs, 12-14, 15-16, 17-19
- Trophy recipients: Overall finisher, Masters Winner: 40-49 yrs, Grand Masters Winner: 50-59 yrs, Sr Grand Masters Winner: 60+
1 Mile Fun Run Awards
- 0-6 age group: each participant receives a medal, top overall finisher receives a trophy
- 7-10 yrs age group: overall finisher receives a trophy, numbers 2 & 3 receive medals
