Miles for Maryville 10K, 5K & 1Mile Run/Walk

Race Overview

The Miles 4 Maryville 10K, 5K, and 1 Mile Run/Walk is BACK! Choose from three in-person race options or two virtual events.

Course Description

• Terrain: Both the 10K and 5K are single loop courses with some rolling hills and fast flats.
• Path: Traveling on area roads, greenway, and sidewalks.

Race Schedule

• 10K Start: Begins at 8:00 AM (gun start - chip timed)
• 5K Start: Begins at 8:10 AM (gun start - chip timed)
• 1 Mile Fun Start: Begins at 8:20 AM (unscored)
• Awards: Will be at 9:00 a.m. on the football field

Arrival Information

We recommend arriving 30-minutes prior to your events start time.

2026 Packet Pick-up Location

• Thursday, October 15th: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Cross Fit Pistol Creek
• Friday, October 16th: 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at Cross Fit Pistol Creek and 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Maryville High School

T-Shirts

High-quality t-shirts are guaranteed for all in person event registrations who register by NOON on October 1st. Virtual Registrants - t-shirts must be picked up locally - t-shirts will not be mailed.

Charity Information

The annual Miles 4 Maryville event raises funds for the Maryville City Schools Foundation, which provides the ongoing enrichment of educational programs for all students in Maryville City Schools. Cash Prizes

For 10K and 5K races, cash prizes will be awarded to the overall top three male and female finishers, and overall top male and female Masters finishers. Prizes will be awarded once final results are determined and winners will be contacted with instructions where to pick up their prize.

• 5K Overall male and female: 1st place - $100, 2nd place - $75, 3rd place - $50
• 5K Masters (Age 40-49) male and female: 1st place - $50
• 5K Grand Masters (Age 50+): 1st place - $50

• 10K Overall male and female: 1st place - $200, 2nd place - $150, 3rd place - $100
• 10K Masters (Age 40-49) male and female: 1st place - $100
• 10K Grand Masters (Age 50+): 1st place - $100

Timing Bib Numbers

Please do not BEND, TEAR OR ALTER your race number. Runners must wear the bibs on the FRONT of their person and must wear the bib number associated with their name. Safety pin fasteners will be provided at packet pick up.

Safety and Course Etiquette

Aid and water stations will be provided along the course and at the finish line this year. The use of headphones and baby strollers are discouraged and participants may do so at their own risk. Bicycles, roller blades, and pets are prohibited. Parents of young children should run with their kids.
