This is our 9th annual Superhero 5k and Fun Run! Be a superHERO and join our mission to empower individuals with disabilities in our local community and beyond!

Registration Details

• Events: Timed 5k (chip finish) or untimed 1k fun run
• Accessibility: Both accessible courses
• Included: T-shirt with our superhero logo
• Note: T-shirt only guaranteed if registered by August 25, 2026

Event Highlights

• Costume & Team Prizes: Win prizes for best costumes and teams!
• Door Prizes: Attend for a chance to win exciting door prizes.
• Race/Fun Run Buddies: Team up with friends for fun!
• Medals: Handmade lanyards from Africa for the top three in each age group.

Reminders

• Accessibility: Both our 5k and Fun Run courses are wheelchair accessible.
• Group Discount: A 15% discount will be applied to groups of 5 or more.
• Packet Pick-up: Early packet pick-up will be held on Friday, September 18, 2026, from 4-6pm at Fleet Feet Memphis.
• Mission: All proceeds will benefit Exceptional Connections International, empowering people with disabilities worldwide.

Important Info

• Start Time: 5k will begin promptly at 8:30am. The Fun Run will immediately follow.
• Line Up: Fun Runners should line up behind the 5k runners.
• Course Marking: Both courses will be clearly marked with orange cones and arrows.
