This is our 9th annual Superhero 5k and Fun Run! Be a superHERO and join our mission to empower individuals with disabilities in our local community and abroad!
Registration Information
- Includes: Timed 5k (chip finish) or untimed 1 mile fun run (both accessible courses).
- T-Shirt: With our superhero logo on it! (Guaranteed if registered by August 30, 2026).
- Location: Great View Dr N, Memphis, TN.

Reminders
- Accessibility: Both our 5k and Fun Run courses are wheelchair accessible.
- Group Discount: A 15% discount will be applied to groups of 5 or more.
- Packet Pick-Up: Early packet pick-up will be held on September 18, 2026, from 4-6pm at Fleet Feet Memphis.
- Proceeds: All proceeds will benefit Exceptional Connections International, empowering people with disabilities globally.
Important Information
- Race Start Time: 5k will begin promptly at 8:30am, with the Fun Run immediately following.
- Fun Runner Instructions: Fun Runners should line up behind the 5k runners.
- Course Marking: Both courses will be clearly marked with orange cones and arrows.
- Weather Policy: THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT.
