• Purpose: This event is all about our local Military and their families - they've all sacrificed so much for us.
• Participation: You don't have to run: you can walk, cheer, sponsor, or volunteer!
• Experience: From the authentic Civil War Cannon to "dog-tag" medals, this event is "military" from start to finish.
• Community Spirit: Joining together in the spirit of camaraderie and community.

Why Participate?

• Reasons: People run, walk, or roll for various reasons including breaking records and honoring loved ones.
• Salute: Many come to salute America's injured soldiers participating in the 5K.
• Thankfulness: Hundreds come to thank the men and women of the US Forces for their service.
