Join us for our 4th Annual Cancer Awareness Walk!

About The Center

The Bridgehampton Child Care & Recreational Center (The Center) is a community-rooted organization dedicated to serving marginalized East End children and families from Islip to Montauk. The Center welcomes everyone. We share our solidarity with those who have triumphed over cancer or continue to battle it.

Walking Route

Our path leads us southward on the Bridgehampton-Sag Harbor Turnpike, to Montauk Highway, to the Bridgehampton Volunteer Fire Department, returning to The Center for lunch (7.6 miles total!). There will be stories of hope and survival from community members offering their support and inspiration.

Participation Options

• Physical Walk: You can stride alongside us physically.
• Virtual Walk: Complete a virtual walk at your convenience.
• Locations: Treadmill, track, or a favored trail—take your pick.

Registration Information

• Individual Registration: $20 per individual.
• Group Registration: One-time fee of $30 for the group leader.
• Group Benefits: Once your group is created and paid for, others can join free of charge.
• Support: Please contact us if you run into any issues.

Join Us in Unity

Rally your family, friends, and colleagues to unite, crossing the finish line in honor of survivors and cherished individuals who have passed. The funds generated from this event support our outreach and educational workshops for families and communities. Your involvement goes beyond the walk—your contribution empowers and uplifts.

Meal Provided

A light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
