Presented by Long Island Wine Country, you’ll run or walk your way through Hallock State Park and then sip your way through the region’s best vineyards at our after-party wine crawl.

💸 Proceeds and Purpose

Proceeds will go towards creating the Long Island Greenway. Trust for Public Land is working with the local community to create this biking and pedestrian trail that will stretch nearly 200 miles from Manhattan to Montauk. Proceeds will also go towards Harvest East End, whose vision is to unite our community in an effort to establish Long Island as a world-class destination for premium wine. You can Race for the Greenway to make it happen! All are welcome!

🌳 Race Experience

Experience a stunning off-road trail run through some of Long Island’s finest scenery. You’ll pass beaches, vineyards, hidden ponds, and tranquil forests on mostly flat terrain. Runners, walkers, and people of all abilities can join this event. No pets, strollers OK but note there are terrain differences throughout the course (loose gravel, grass) Participant shirts guaranteed if you register online by 10/16 at midnight!

🏅 Awards

• Top Winners: The top 3 winners in each age bracket over 21 will receive a bottle of wine. 21-30, 31-30, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71+
• Overall Winners: The top M/F overall (over 21+) will receive a special magnum bottle of Long Island Wine.
• Additional Awards: Additional age group award to top 3 M/F winners under 21.

💵 Entry Fees

👶 Kids Fun Run: $10.00 (plus card fees)

Kids Fun Run is open to children 12 and under.

🏃 5K Run / Walk: $35.00 (plus card fees register online by 10/25 @ 5pm)

Day-of Registration: $45.00

🚗 Parking

RGNY has generously provided parking space for this event. Upon arrival to Hallock State Park, please follow directional signage to the parking area at this winery. RGNY is across the road from Hallock State Park. Carpooling is encouraged.

🏃‍♀️ Virtual 5K Run / Walk: $35. Virtual runners not eligible for awards. (plus card fees)

You may run your race anywhere you choose at your own convenience and post your results starting on October 6th.

📋 Steps in the Virtual Run / Walk:

• Step #1: Register above for the Virtual Event! (During this process you will create an account)
• Step #2: Complete your run / walk
• Step #3: To upload your results and photos: go to your RunSignUp account, go to your upcoming races, and click on Submit Virtual Results.
• Step #4: Don't forget to print out your finisher's certificate after you submit your time by going back to the results!
