🌳 Purpose

• Goal: Proceeds will go towards creating the Long Island Greenway, a biking and pedestrian trail.
• Vision: Establish Long Island as a world-class destination for premium wine.
• Inclusivity: All are welcome to participate!
• Impact: Help us make a difference by racing for the Greenway!

🏞️ Course Description

• Trails: Experience stunning off-road trails with beaches, vineyards, and tranquil forests.
• Terrain: Mostly flat, but note terrain differences (loose gravel, grass).
• Accessibility: Runners and walkers of all abilities are welcome.
• Registration Deadline: Participant shirts guaranteed if you register online by 10/16 at midnight!

🏆 Awards

• Age Bracket Awards: Top 3 winners in each age bracket over 21 receive a bottle of wine.
• Overall Winners: Top M/F overall (over 21+) receive a special magnum bottle of Long Island Wine.
• Under 21 Awards: Additional age group award for top 3 M/F winners.
• Exclusive Specials: All participants ages 21+ can show their race bib at participating vineyards for exclusive specials.

💰 Entry Fees

• Kids Fun Run: $10.00 (plus card fees) for children 12 and under.
• 5K Run / Walk: $35.00 (plus card fees) if you register online by 10/25 at 5 PM.
• Day-of Registration: $45.00

🅿️ Parking Information

• Parking Provided By: RGNY has generously provided parking space for this event.
• Directions: Follow signage to the parking area at RGNY, which is across the road from Hallock State Park.
• Carpooling: Encouraged for convenience.

🌐 Virtual Event Information

• Virtual Registration: $35. Virtual runners not eligible for awards.
• When/Where: Run your race anywhere at your own convenience and post results starting on October 26th.
• Registration Steps: Register, complete your run, and upload results via your RunSignUp account.
