Purpose of the Event

• Proceeds: Funds go towards creating the Long Island Greenway
• Partnership: Collaborating with the Trust for Public Land to create a biking and pedestrian trail
• Distance: The trail will stretch nearly 200 miles from Manhattan to Montauk
• Harvest East End: Vision to establish Long Island as a premium wine destination

Race Experience

• Course: Off-road trail through stunning scenery including beaches and vineyards
• Accessibility: Open to runners, walkers, and people of all abilities
• Notes: No pets: strollers allowed, but terrain varies
• Shirts: Participant shirts guaranteed if registered online by 10/16 at midnight!

Awards

• Age Bracket: Top 3 winners in each age bracket over 21 receive a bottle of wine
• Overall Winners: Top M/F overall over 21 receive a special magnum bottle of Long Island Wine
• Under 21: Additional age group award to top 3 M/F winners
• Special Offers: Participants 21+ can show race bib at vineyards for exclusive specials

Registration Fees

• Kids Fun Run: $10.00 (plus card fees) for children 12 and under
• 5K Run / Walk: $35.00 (plus card fees) if registered online by 10/24 at 5 PM
• Day-of Registration: $45.00

Parking Information

• Provided By: RGNY has generously provided parking space
• Directions: Follow signage to the parking area at RGNY, across the road
• Carpooling: Encouraged to maximize space

Virtual Event Information

• Virtual Run/Walk: $35 (plus card fees), virtual runners not eligible for awards
• Flexibility: Run your race anywhere at your own convenience, valid from October 6th
• Registration Steps: Register, complete run/walk, upload results on RunSignUp
