Event Overview

Fit Fest 2026 @ Tilden Hill Farm is designed for the fitness motivated athletes, it’s a celebration of hard work, community and the just rewards for their efforts. Work hard/play hard with like minded individuals.

Event Focus

This multi-day event will focus on Fitness and overall Wellness. A retreat for those who have discovered a path to a better way to live through perseverance, dedication, discipline and hard work, reaping the rewards of a more meaningful and sustainable joy and zest for life.

Fitness Events

• Offerings: Will focus on Running, Biking and Kayaking.
• Package: Will be offered as a 3-day package for all events.
• A La Carte: Available for each individual event.

Friday, August 14

• Check In: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM
• Open Ceremony: 3:00 PM
• Fitness Events: Includes a 5k trail run, a 5-mile Mtn. Bike Challenge, and a 1-mile Kayak race (4:00 PM - 7:30 PM).
• Evening Activity: Hike Yoga at 8:00 PM.

Saturday, August 15

• Full Day: A day dedicated to fitness activities.
• Endurance Runs: 3-hour and 6-hour options (distance recorded).
• Course: Loop course on trail (~1.5M loop).
• Biking: 15M Bike Event (3M loop).

Additional Activities

• Kayaking: 1M Kayak.
• Wellness Activities: Farmers Market and Food Offerings.
• Entertainment: Live Music.

Sunday, August 16

• Ky-Tri: Run 5k, Bike 10M, Kayak 1M.
• 5-Mile Run: Paved Road.
• Closing Ceremony: To conclude the event.
