Tour de Keuka Kids Bike Rodeo

Event Overview

United Way of the Southern Tier and Corning Credit Union will hold a free children’s Bike Safety Rodeo as part of the Tour de Keuka charity ride at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 1, at the Hammondsport Fire Station grounds.

Activities

• Learning Opportunity: Children will learn about basic bicycle safety rules.
• Games: Participants will engage in fun activities.
• Bicycle Requirements: All participants must bring their own bicycle and wear a bike helmet.
• Prizes: All participants will be entered into a drawing to win prizes. MUST BE PRESENT TO WIN.

Community Contribution

Each participant is asked to bring a new, unopened hygiene item for the Back-to-School toiletries drive (i.e. toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, combs, and brushes).

Registration Information

• Cost: Registration is free and is requested in advance.
• Participant Limit: Registration is limited to 60 participants.

Event Details

Tour de Keuka, sponsored by Kennedy Valve, is an annual charity bike ride around Keuka Lake to benefit programs supported by United Way of the Southern Tier.
