Cameron Crusher

Event Overview

The Cameron Crusher is the 3rd and final gravel endurance event of the SSIC Gravel Series in Steuben County.

Course Details

• Terrain: The course consists of primarily gravel/dirt/seasonal roads with paved connectors.
• Climbing: There is A LOT of climbing, so bring your legs.
• Traffic: The course will be open and traffic will be on the roads: please obey all traffic signs and rules of the road.
• Segments: You will be timed over 5 segments within the 50+ miles course, including 2 climbs, 2 descents, and 1 longer endurance piece.

Important Information

• Preparation: Be prepared to come to a complete stop for any traffic.
• Bikes: Gravel bikes are recommended. Mountain bikes are capable. NO ROAD BIKES.
• Course Map: Available at this link.
• GPX File: Please see the GPX file for the route. Download and save it, as the course is not marked: you will need the GPS file or a riding partner.

Restock Information

• Hydration: There will be a water/food restock at the bottom of Hathaway Hill before you start the climb.
• Preparation: Be prepared otherwise.
