Trails, Tricks and Treats Race

Event Overview

• Date: 2026-10-25
• Location: 9620 Dry Run Road, Painted Post, NY
• Fundraiser: This event will be a fundraiser for SOAR but open to the public and any ages.
• Time Limit: There will be a 2-hour time limit for everyone to run as many laps as they can in that time - rain or shine!

Race Details

• Trails: We will have four different trails so you can choose your lap distance.
• Raffle: When you register, you will get one ticket to our raffle baskets.
• Tickets: During the race, for each lap you complete, you will get a ticket to put toward the raffle baskets and also some other treats along the way.
• Activities: We will have some fun activities for those that don't run the whole two hours, a chili cookoff, and a costume contest.

Family Fun

• Dress Up: Bring the whole family, dress up and come out and have fun!
• Venue: This year's race will again be held at The Y at Watson Woods (formerly Watson Homestead) and will be on grass and trails.

Prizes

• Adults: Cash prizes for top male and female (most distance covered)
• Youth: Goodr sunglasses for top male and top female finishers (under 18 and under 10)
