Event Overview
Join us for the Flatlander Bike Ride on Saturday, September 19, 2026. This fun and community-oriented bike ride offers options for all skill levels.
Race Options
- 62 mile: Paved road option (Red Route)
- 38 mile: Paved road option (Green Route)
- 30 mile: Paved road option (Yellow Route)
- 3 mile: Paved Family ride (Blue Route)
Route Information
Each ride is a loop, finishing at the starting point. The family ride goes along Sand Creek. This year we are starting at First Presbyterian Church, 900 Columbus Ave, Newton. SAGS & brunch provided.
Proceeds
Proceeds from the ride support the poverty reduction work of Peace Connections and Harvey County Circle of Hope.
Registration Benefits
T-shirts are guaranteed for anyone registering before August 28th. If there are any remaining following the race, they will be available for $10.
Schedule
- 7:00 a: Registration & Packet Pick-up
- 7:30-8:00 a: Rolling starts for distance riders. Family ride will begin at 8:00 a.
- 9:00 a: Brunch served for participants as they return from their morning ride
