• Change in Format: Due to low registration numbers, the event will be an informal pop-up event.
• Costs: No expenses will be covered for transportation, bike rentals, or accommodations.
• Participation: We encourage all mountain biking enthusiasts to join regardless of registration.
• Guidelines: No guides will be provided: safety is a priority while riding.

Event Program Schedule

Thursday, September 24th

• 8am-3pm: Everyone arrives and gets settled at their hotel/campground
• 5:30pm and beyond: Socialization with drinks at The Hub, keep hydrated!

Friday, September 25th

• 9:00am: Meet at The Hub for carpools to different trailheads.
• 9:45 am and beyond: Group rides based on your preference (details below).

Saturday, September 26th

• 9:00am: Meet at The Hub to carpool to different trailheads.
• 9:45 am and beyond: Group rides based on your preferred option.
