Important Notes

• No Cancellations: NO CANCELLATIONS AFTER 10/12/2025!!
• Merchandise Policy: PRE-SOLD MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE REFUNDED!!
• Registration Deadlines: Early bird Registration will close on August 17th at 11:59PM.
• Late Registration: Begins on October 12th at midnight.

Participant Information

• Limited Swag: Only the first 400 participants are guaranteed a swag t-shirt. We cannot guarantee size.
• Camping Option: Limited primitive camping at Cedar Glades Park Trailhead. 25 spots available starting at $45 each.
• Reservation: Camping reservations can be made through the BikeReg Registration Page.
• Lodging Alternatives: For other camping and lodging options, check out www.hotsprings.org.

Registration Details

• Online Registration: ALL EVENTS ARE ONLINE REGISTRATION ONLY!!
• Closing Dates: Registration for the Gudrun Enduros closes November 7th at 4:00PM.
• Event Specific Deadlines: Other events’ registrations will close 1 hour prior to the event.
• Final XC Race Registration: Closes at 5PM on November 8th.

Friday, November 7th:

• 10:00 - 4:00: Packet Pick-up and Pre-riding @ Cedar Glades Park Hilltop
• 4:45: Güdrun Slow Roll Fun Ride Meet-up @ 420 Eats Food Truck Court (420 Malvern Ave.)
• 5:00: Tires on Pavement - Ride Start
• 6:00: Opening Night Party @ 420 Eats

Saturday, November 8th: @ Cedar Glades Park

• 7:00: Packet Pick-up
• 8:00: Güdrun Full Enduro
• 9:00: Güdrun Mini Enduro
• 12:00: Güdrun Waffles & Coffee Time Trial

Awards Ceremony for the Enduros, Waffles & Coffee TT, and Strider Race immediately following the conclusion of the Strider Race on the Hilltop

• 2:00: City of Hot Springs Parks & Trails Strider Race
• 5:00: Güdrun Dual Slalom
• Bonfire: Bonfire and Dual Slalom awards immediately following the conclusion of the Dual Slalom competition
• Weather Conditions: Bonfire is contingent on weather conditions (i.e. too windy, raining, burn-ban)

Sunday, November 9th: @ Cedar Glades Park

• 7:00: Packet Pick-up
• 8:00 - 3:00: Attila the Hun XC Race
• Awards: Awards immediately following the completion of all categories
• Trail Access: The Northwoods Waterworks trails will be open to the public throughout the weekend
