🏃 The Training Clinic

• Focus: Train for the Spa Running Festival 5K/10K/Half Marathon
• Encouragement: Everyone is encouraged to become stronger and faster
• Levels: Options available for all levels of runners

👟 Participants

• Beginners: Designed for those who are new to running and training
• Intermediate Runners: For those looking to improve speed or distance
• Advanced Runners: Group training to push for podium finishes

📝 How to Participate

• Cost: The clinic is 100% free
• Registration: Sign up online and show up as often as possible
• Levels: One group to sign up for with beginner, intermediate, and advanced paces
• Safety: No children, strollers, or dogs allowed for safety reasons
