Important Notices

• Registration Limit: Limited to 325 adult riders. No refunds: purchase BikeReg insurance.
• Weather Policy: Rain or shine. We will re-route to gravel if trails will be damaged.
• Cutoff Time: An 11:00 am cutoff for riders heading out to White Clay Creek on the long route.
• Estimated Duration: The ride may take longer than anticipated. Bring lights as it gets dark around 4:30 pm.

Post-Ride Information

• Routes: We will provide RideWithGPS routes for bailout gravel routes back to Old Stone Cider.
• Last Call: Last call for drinks is 8:30 pm: Old Stone closes at 9 pm.
• Food: Food trucks will be on site until 7 pm after the ride.
• Opening Time: Old Stone will open for business at 11:00 am.

Registration & Pricing

• Entry Fee: $69 ($59 until 6/15/26).
• Day-of Registration: If available: $80.
• Discount for Military/First Responders: Fee $20.
• Youth Fee: 19 years old & younger fee $20 - no late fees.

Registration Schedule

• Long Route 50 Miles: Registration opens at 7:00 am. Riders must depart by 8:30 am.
• Short Route 26 Miles: Registration opens at 8:00 am. Riders must depart by 9:30 am.
• Distance Changes: You can change the distance you registered for through BikeReg for free until pre-registration closes.
• Transfer Policy: You can transfer your registration to another cyclist for just $5 until pre-registration closes.

Rules of the Ride

• No Outside Alcohol: Do not bring outside alcohol to the event.
• Safety: Follow rules of the road. Routes will be open to traffic: please ride single file and be courteous to other users.
• Refund Policy: No refunds: this is a rain or shine event.
• Trail Conduct: Please respect equestrians: communicate with them while passing.
