Team Race - teams of 2 or 3

Adult Duathlon

• Start Time: 8:30 a.m.
• Sanction: USAT Sanctioned
• Run Distance: 1600 Meter Run
• Bike Distance: 11 mile Bike
• Run Distance: 5K Run

Amenities

• Shirts: Must be registered by July 21st midnight
• Meal: Chef prepared meal: grilled chicken, salads, pastas, and desserts
• Beer Garden: Available for participants
• Activities: Massage Therapy, Fitness Vendors, Live Band, Party by the Lake

Registration Information

PARTICIPANTS MUST PRE-REGISTER. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE FOR ANY OF THE EVENTS. No refunds on registrations.

• Individual Race Fee: $70.00 by midnight, July 21st - shirt guaranteed
• Price Increase: $80.00 from July 22nd - August 6th 8:00am ET - no shirt guaranteed
• Team Race Fee: $115.00 by midnight, July 21st - shirt guaranteed
• Price Increase: $130.00 from July 22nd - August 6th 8:00am ET - no shirt guaranteed

Awards

Adult Triathlon Race Awards

Awards to top 3 in age category (5 year increments)

Duathlon Race Awards

The top 5 males and top 5 females will receive an award.

Kids Race

Kids Race: 10:15 a.m.

• Ages 5 - 7: 50 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
• Ages 8 - 10: 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
• Ages 11 - 12: 75 meter swim, 1 mile bike, 1 mile run
• Registration Fee: Register by August 6th, 8:00am ET - $20.00

*Bike course is on grass. Kids may wear life jackets.

Kids Triathlon Amenities

• T-shirts: Provided to all participants
• Medals: Presented to all participants by area football players
• Meal: Chef Prepared Lunch
