Event Overview
2026 Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run hosted by Delta Theta Tau, Zeta Zeta Chapter Plymouth.
1 Mile Fun Run ~ 5K Run/Walk.
Date: October 4, 2026 for the second annual Down Syndrome Awareness Walk/Run.
Location
Centennial Park, 1660 N. Michigan St., Plymouth, IN 46563 (Big Hill in Plymouth Park near the tennis courts).
Parking will take place across the street from the big hill near the baseball field.
Schedule
- T-shirt Pickup and Registration: Starts at 1 PM.
- Opening Ceremonies: 2:15 PM.
- Fun Run Start: 2:30 PM.
- 5K Start: Approximately 20-30 minutes after the fun run.
Event Features
- Food Trucks: Several food trucks on site.
- Raffles and 50/50: Participate in raffles and a 50/50 drawing.
- T-shirt Guarantee: Register by September 18th to ensure a t-shirt.
- Beneficiary: Proceeds will benefit those with special needs in our community.
