Event Overview
- Format: User-friendly multisport event in Helena.
- Swim: 500 meter swim in a 50 meter outdoor pool, no deep water.
- Bike: Flat 10 mile ride through Centennial Park to Ten Mile Park and back.
- Run/Walk: 3 mile course mostly through Centennial Park on trails.
