2nd Annual TALI Croft State Park Off-Road Duathlon

Event Overview

Come showcase your ability at the TALI Croft State Park Off-Road Duathlon.

Adult Race Details

• Trail Run: A 3.5-mile trail run where you will be running where horses still roam, watch out for those horse pies 😃.
• Mountain Bike Course: Two loops totaling 10 miles with plenty of climbing, drops, and water crossings to make you feel as if you are riding on a bronco.
• Total Distance: Approximately 11 miles.
• Final Dash: Finish with a 1.5 mile out and back dash through a wooded area along the trails of Croft.

Youth Race Details

• Nature Trail: Begins on a 1-mile nature trail flowing through mixed pine and hardwood trees and winding along the Fairforest creek.
• Mountain Bike Course: Features plenty of climbing and drops, similar to riding on a bronco.
• Course Length: This 3.5-mile course will consist of one lap.
• Last Leg: An out and back 0.75 mile on Crags Trail.

High School Distance

• Trail Run: A 2-mile trail run.
• Mountain Bike Ride: A 5-mile mountain bike ride.
• Final Trail Run: Another 2-mile trail run.
• Total Distance: Approximately 9 miles.

Community Support

• Food Drive: Tri And Like It is collecting canned goods for a local Spartanburg food bank. Please consider bringing 2 cans of food per person with you on race day.
• Park Entry Fee: The park entry fee for athletes and volunteers will be covered by Tri And Like It.
• Special Gift: The first 15 athletes who have not raced a TALI event will receive a special gift from Tri And Like It.
