Race Options

• Virtual: Run at any time
• Registration Reminder: Ensure you are signing up for the Vermontville Maple Syrup 5K to avoid confusion with other events
• Packet Pick-Up: April 24, 2026, from 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM and April 25, 2026, from 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM

Race Details

• Route: Starts at Maple Valley High School and finishes in downtown Vermontville
• Surface: Part pavement, part on the Paul Henry Thornapple Trail
• Course Support: Volunteers at intersections to assist participants
• Transportation: It's advisable to have a vehicle at the finish line or use shuttle service

Amenities

• Gear Bags: Provided for all in-person runners
• Participant Gifts: T-shirts, commemorative stickers, and small syrup gifts for in-person runners
• Virtual Participant Gifts: T-shirts and stickers shipped to participants registered by April 15, 2025
• Registration Deadline: Register by April 15, 2025, for guaranteed t-shirt availability

• Age Group Awards: Categories for each gender (12 and under: 13-14: 15-19: 20-29: 30-39: 40-49: 50-59: 60-69: 70 and up)
• Overall Winners: A gallon of maple syrup for each gender
• Virtual Awards: Top 3 for each gender based on proof of time/distance
• Medals: Mailed with t-shirts and stickers for virtual participants
