• Run Loop: Clockwise
• Bike Loop: Counter-clockwise
• Marking: Both courses and transition will be thoroughly marked
• Strong Recommendation: A mountain bike is strongly recommended

Pre-Race Information

• No Packet Pickup: No worries about packet pickup ahead of time
• Duathlon Meeting: Pre-racing meeting at 8:45am, check-in required
• MTB Course: Open for pre-riding at 11am
• Meeting Time: Pre-race meeting at 11:45am

Entry Limits

• Duathlon Cap: Total entries capped at 90
• MTB Cap: Total mountain bike entries capped at 125
• Note: There is not race day sign up

• Proceeds: 100% of proceeds will be donated to trail building and maintenance in the Rockford area
