Duathlon Details

• Trail Mix Duathlon: 2 mile run, 10 mile bike, 2 mile run (individual or team of 2)
• Half Mix Duathlon: 2 mile run and 5 mile bike
• Discount: Sign up for both a duathlon and a mountain bike race and receive a 25% discount at checkout!
• Check-in: Pre-racing meeting for the duathlon at 8:45am. Must be checked in before then.

Mountain Bike Race Details

• Competitive Mountain Bike Race: 20 miles
• Sport Mountain Bike Race: 10 miles
• Course Open: MTB course will be open for pre-riding at 11am
• Non-race Trails: Open all day

Course Information

• Run Loop: Run loop details goes clockwise
• Bike Loop: Bike loop details goes counter-clockwise
• Transition Areas: Both courses and transition will be thoroughly marked
• Equipment: A mountain bike is strongly recommended

Entry Information

• Timing: Professional chip timing by Tri-3 Sports Timing
• Included: Custom Purist water bottle, meal choice from Sizz n Fizz food truck, ice cream from Dairyhäus
• No Packet Pickup: There’s no packet pickup to worry about ahead of time
• Entry Cap: Total duathlon entries capped at 90, total mountain bike entries capped at 125

Proceeds and Host Organizations

• Donation: 100% of proceeds will be donated to further trail building and maintenance in the Rockford area
• Co-hosted by: Rock River Multisport and Rockford Area Mountain Biking Alliance
